Cochise Country Music Fest — Ticket Policy

All Sales Final All ticket sales are final. We do not offer refunds under any circumstances.

Ticket Transfers Tickets may be transferred to another person at no charge. Simply provide the new ticket holder with your confirmation and ticket details — no need to contact us.

Ticket Upgrades & Exchanges Want to upgrade or exchange your ticket type? Email info@cochisecountryfest.com with your order number and the ticket type you'd like to switch to. Upgrades are subject to availability and any price difference will be charged at the time of exchange.
